Abstract Character of Amphora sp., has a golden brown color with bioactives such as photosynthetic pigments which have important biological functions for health. This study aims to determine the method sp. extraction is more effective and efficient in producing qualitative quantitative bioactive, well best antioxidant activity. extracted absolute ethanol solvent using different methods, namely sonication (SON), maceration (MAS), sonication-maceration (SON-MAS). The showed results yield value. that SON-MAS produced highest 9.8% compared MAS 8.71% SON 8.47%. chlorophyll content was seen method, total 2.36 ± 0.07 mg/l. Phytochemical methods contained flavonoids, alkaloids, triterpenoids, while two compounds, alkaloids triterpenoids. Quantitatively, phenol flavonoid had higher value, flavonoids.
